UPDATES
Beach House Close date = Monday, October 24, 2022
Please also have ALL items off of the Beach and all boats and trailers out of the Community Center parking lot by same date.
Community Center Building rebuild update:
The Community Properties Board of Directors has successfully secured financing with First Community Bank in Harbor Springs. We are currently awaiting a permit from the building department, which is coming next week. We anticipate breaking ground the following week.
I am very happy to announce that after 18 years of being at Harbor Cove three days/week, the Community Properties Board of Directors has facilitated a full time, year around contract with me. For the last 18 years, it has been a three (3) day/week in the office with support staff which has been wonderful but I am looking forward to being able to solely focus on Harbor Cove. Thank you for entrusting me with all of your homes and associations. This change will start on November 1, 2022 so bear with me a few more weeks of the office being closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
